# Fuel

**Use one of these methods to add a** [**Fuel Requirement**](https://github.com/Frinn38/Custom-Machinery/wiki/Fuel-Requirement) **to the recipe.**

```javascript
.requireFuel()
.requireFuel(amount)
```

* The amount param must be a positive integer that define the amount of fuel burned each tick of the recipe processing.\
  Default to 1 when not specified.

### Example

```javascript
ServerEvents.recipes(event => {

  event.recipes.custommachinery.custom_machine("custommachinery:power_crusher", 100)
  .requireFuel()
  
})
```
